Product: HP Spectre Pro x360 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! I purchased my laptop around 3 to 4 months ago via my school. Initially, the laptop was able to live up to its claims of a "long battery life" but within 2 months, the battery life had decreased from 10 hours to 2-3 hours.

 

Moreover, the laptop seems to be very laggy, despite the fact that the majority of my files are stored in Dropbox and I rarely have anything more than a few google chrome tabs open (and occasionally a microsoft word document open).

 

Are there ways to solve this? Should I purchase a new battery?
