HP Spectre x360 - 13-aw0690nd
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Spectre, and the cover for the USB port is missing (see image). The USB port and laptop works absolutely fine and my laptop is still under warranty. I have just called the HP customer service in the UK and they have told me that it is not accidental damage, and therefore not covered under my warranty, and I need to pay £350. £350 ? for a plastic missing cover ? The customer service person was talking about replacing the mother board ? WHATTTTTTTTT. Does anybody know the best and cheapest way to fix this ? or where I can buy the plastic USB cover ? I will not pay £350 for piece of plastic. Basically, the plastic cover has popped off somewhere and it is lost, i just need the cover back again so I can pop it back on, but I cannot find it 😞
