P.S.
If you feel like commenting more, here's additional information. However, just looking for this primarily^.
I would like to upgrade as many options as possible.
Mainly the Graphics Card / CPU. Then Motherboard, and RAM. Any other hardware upgrades would be helpful too.
What are the max upgrades / my upgrade options?
I would take any extra precautions to avoid overheating when I run a 4k (3840x2160) monitor with a DisplayPort.
From what I understand, it's a 1.2 Display Port.
Correct me if I'm wrong (In the user manual it does not specify the display port for this exact model, 4102dx). Maybe because Display port 1.2 is for all models catered to that user manual.
This is the only user manual I found, and this is the link for the manual: h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04807803
My laptop screen resolution is 2640x1440.
Product ID : N5R94UA#ABA

You've got the right document. There are a list on System boards for te series on pages # 38-39. Please use that list only. You have to pay for nearly everything.
I would buy a new machine instead .
Regards.
