HP Spectre X360 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought a HP Spectre X360 2-in-1 15.6" 4K Ultra HD laptop just a bit more than one month ago (Sept 12 2020). Today I opened it up and noticed there was piece of shattered glass in the bottom left corner of the screen, with two of the approximately 4-inch cracks coming from it. I did not drop my laptop nor hitting it against anything. It just sat on my desk.

I researched this problem and found other people had the same problem, albeit with older units. Is there anything can be done about this problem?  Is this a known problem with this model?  I am working from home and I need my laptop to work. Thanks everyone.
