I bought my HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13t-aw100 in March 2020 in USA.
I am in Viet Nam now and a plastic hinge of the Tab key is broken.
I visited HP VietNam support which required me to replace the entire keyboard.
I would like to order a new "Tab" key hinge and fix this single key instead of replacing the entire keyboard.
1) Please suggest me a link to order a new "Tab" key hinge for my HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13t-aw100
2) Please give me the model name of previous HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13 inches model which has the same hinge as the HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13t-aw100 so that I can order a new plastic "Tab" key hinge

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.

HPVN has checked and told me that my HP Spectre product number I got from running HP Support Assistant or F1 during start-up is different from the product number on my purchase receipt.
Why is there a difference of product number ?
Will may laptop be supported by HPVN?

I have waited for more than 2 weeks and there is not any response from HP Viet Nam.
1) Please fix my new laptop product number so that it matches my purchase receipt so that hp Viet Nam can support me
2) If HP VN cannot support me, please let me know a compatible key board model for my laptop so that I can fix it myself
