I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

I was quite happy with HP's customer service. After I posted on this forum, I was contacted in about 30 minutes. Within the next two days, an HP representative called me and confirmed with me that they will repair the laptop at no cost to me. I sent in the laptop on Thursday, and even though they said it will take about 7-9 business days to fix, they sent it back to me by the following Wednesday. Thank you so much!
