My Spectre X360 has a swollen battery issue and I am having trouble getting it replaced. I am currently in overseas and the country I am residing (Taiwan) doesn't seem to service this model. Is there any way I can just send this laptop to a location in the US and have it picked up by FedEx after its repaired?
