HP Spectre x360 - 13-ap0312ng
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer has been having battery issues for months. The problem was, that the battery capacity kept getting lower, though I didn't konw it at the time. At first, it only turned off randomly even when it said it still had battery (for example  40%), but when I connected it again, it displayed 0%. I sent it to be repaired and was told that the battery was replaced, but kept having issues, and it was even worse; now the battery stopped charging at random %s. At first it didn't go past 70%, and the battery light, that is orange while charging and white when the charge is completed , would turn white. It started getting lower and lower and eventually the light would turn white at 13% and it wouldn't charge past that. I was sceptical on sending it to be repaired again, given that the first time it didn't do anything but make it worse, but at the beginning of January, it wouldn't charge at all. The cable would be connected, the light would flick between orange and white, and the computer wouldn't turn on. So I sent it back to get a new battery.

I got it back today, and it is the same problem as after the first reparation. Is it possible that the problem is not the battery, but an internal hardware issue?

Please help.
