HP Spectre x360 is Over Heating
02-27-2021 11:05 AM

this is the worst ever support I received in my life - this is ongoing since August 2020
today i took my laptop and nearly dropped it on the floor! the aluminum case was 95C - you can fry an egg on it!!
this is a health and fire hazard (if the Li-Ion battery explodes)....
i want my money back - i can not leave with this: only empty promises.
and do not invite me in the private chat where nothing is happening. we continue here - so everyone with the same problem knows https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/forums/searchpage/tab/message?advanced=false&allow_punctuation=false&q... as well as those who is about to buy this (hopefully will change their mind not to!).
please, arrange a full unconditional refund

Hi - I did. if you check my communication with your colleagues, you would find, that I provided this information on many occasions already. I lost confidence this can be resolved the way the money I paid would expect to buy.
given the number of complaints on this same issue and the attitude of the customer relations manager who called me today, I consider taking legal action to make this model recalled as a systematic defect and a hazard.
I ask the owners of this model, whether you have this problem or another, to respond to this message to pressure the vendor to do the right things!
