HP Spectre x360 motherboard defect

Hi, I have a motherboard failure after having the product for a little under two years with very light usage. 

 

Here are the images of the damaged diode on the motherboard. Just under the "DC"IMG_1551.jpg

I understand that the Diode on your Motherboard is damaged.

 

Since this is a Hardware issue, please contact our Phone Support for Service Options

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 

2) Click on "Continue as guest". 

3) Enter the serial of your device. You can refer to this Link: hp.care/2bygf7l for help in locating your Serial Number.

4) Select the country from the drop-down. 

5) Click on "Show Options". 

6) Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
