HP Stream mobo crash

So i have an HP stream and evey time i pick it up on the left side center(between the caps lock and shift button) my screen glitches out and the laptop wont do anything. I have to force power off and then reboot it for everything to run again. I have a feeling its the Mobo but i could be wrong. anyone else have this issue?

this is the only issue i have coma across with my stream, do yall think its the Mobo or something else?

2. Select the country.

3. Enter the serial number of your device.

4. Select the country from the drop-down.

5. Click on "Show Options".

6. Fill out the web form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
