Product: HP 250 G8 Notebook PC (1T4K6AV)

there are two updates are available in the support assistant. they are,  HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows and  HP Firmware Pack(Intel Processors). But when I try to update, the process gets too slow. What is the error and how I fix this?
