Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13m-bd0000 (172M9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
HP support is impossible to contact. The hinge on my envy x360 broke completely out of the blue. I contacted HP support a week ago, and they said they would send a box for me to mail it to them for repairs. Come to find out, they screwed up the mailing info, and the package got lost. Now I can't figure out how to contact them again. I have searched their website for hours. There is no contact information of any kind other than for sales. This level of support is unacceptable for a product less than a year old that is still under warranty. If this isn't resolved, I'm never buying another HP product again.
