I have called HP support HP 800 number numerous times.

I have a internal SSD drive that went bad, it won't show in bios on 2 identical laptops I have.  The other identical drive works fine.  The online service won't accept my drive S/N says it is not valid.

I keep calling and getting transfered to different departments that say they don't support this.  The last time I called earlier today they gave me a number to call again, this time it was for pny.com - they don't make hard drives for HP for years now.  Their support has no idea why HP would send me there.

I have a photo available of the drive that clearly shows the S/N but no way to contact HP support to get it replaced.  It is still within the 5 year warranty.
