Product: Thunderbolt
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just purchased an HP Elitebook and Thunderbolt docking station, and the Thunderbolt has a loud fan noise that runs nearly constantly.  Is this a common issue with Thunderbolts?  Is there a way to fix it?  Or should I send it back and request a replacement?

Same issue here.  Fan noise from Thunderbolt G2 dock that has nothing to do with the activity level of the system or dock.

Running latest firmware and drivers.

HP please help!
