HP True vision - Integrated cam not working

HP Pavilion Sleekbook 15- HP Truevision Integrated camera not working. tried updating drivers..

 

It shows an error " Cant start video,try closing other programs that might be using your webcam"

 

Pls help with permanent solution.

What program is not working with the camera?

 

Help us to help you by posting the following information.

 

1.  The full Model No. and Product No. of the notebook - see This HP web document if you don't how to locate the model number and\or product number.

 

2.  The complete version and name of the operating system you are using ( ie Windows 7 64bit ).

 

3.  Are you seeing an error message or blink code?

 

4.  Is your notebook still covered under warranty?  Check your warranty status Here.

 

Use CTRL+ALT-Delete to use task manager and  see which other programs are in use when you are trying to use the web camera.

4.out of warranty
