I no longer have an HP printer and I keep getting update error for HP USB 2018. How do I get rid of this update, I don't want it or need it

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see this discussion at the link below.

 

You may have to click on 'Retry' in Windows update several times after you hide the update on W11 and restart the PC.
