Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Several of our HP USB-C Dock G4  docks have stopped detecting displayport monitors and HDMI.  The same dock will work fine on a chromebook and provide video to an external monitor.  We suspect driver issue and not necessarily hardware.  New docks on the same laptop have the same issue but a replacement dock worked.  But now they're out of stock with no ETA.
