Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z5AV)

Recently i purchased a HP victus 16.a with a RTX 3050 graphics card, and for some reason i am not able to play any games because the OS does not detect the graphics card at all. i am really worried because the graphics card is the main component of this laptop, and it not working makes not sense of having a gaming PC. a graphics card is really expensive. i tried online help from HP service but they were just asking me reboot the PC, as if i did not try that earlier.. i have tried to manually enable the driver from device manager, and it does not change a thing. The store itself is saying that even thought the PC is in warranty they can not replace the laptop, or even look at the internals of it without charging me a huge amount.
