I want to upgrade ram from 16gb to 32gb. Can i use 5600mhz ram, or 4800 is maximum supported ram speed? Thanks in advance

I can't get the specs of your machine but it should be similar to the following machine

 

               https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/systems-devices/sku/h96870758/victus-by-hp-16d1010n...

 

You MAY BE able to install 5600MHz  but it will run at  4800 MHz,
