he HP ZBook 15u G3 no longer charges the battery.
If the battery is removed from the ZBook, the ZBook does not start in pure mains operation, no sign of life.
If you charge the battery externally with another notebook of the same design and use the fully charged battery, the ZBook starts and runs until the battery is empty again.
The power supply unit and battery are definitely in order.
If the battery is empty, the ZBook will not charge the battery.
If you connect the power adapter with an empty battery, the charging LED on the ZBook flashes four or five times, then the LED goes out and does not come back on.
If you unplug the power plug and leave the battery connected to the power adapter, the power LED of the power adapter remains lit.
BIOS update and the latest HP Battery Health Manager BIOS Setting Update have been performed.
