HP ZBook Studio G4
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

I've bought the HP ZBook Studio G4 recently and the ThunderBolt 3 Docking station with it.

As I work from home, I usually have the laptop plugged in onto the docking station.

When I unplug it from the docking station and use the charger that came with the laptop, the battery sais "plugged in, not charging".

If the battery empties completely, it starts charging again. The same behaviour applies and when I use the charger to charge the battery and then I switch back to the docking station.

It stops charging until it drains completely and then it starts charging again.

I already called an Hp engineer and he replaced the battery. But the behaviour is still the same.

Any thoughts?
