Dear HP Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue with my HP ZBook x2 G4. Specifically, the pen is not functioning on my device. I am currently using a 64-bit version of Windows 10.

Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue? I have attempted basic troubleshooting steps such as restarting the device and reinstalling the pen drivers, but the problem persists.

Thank you for your support.

Best regards,

I am sure that my device supports a pen. It worked fine before, but after reinstalling Windows, the Wacom driver stopped working
