HP PAVILION LAPTOP 15-CS2073CL

Primary Battery error. Failure ID: 6C2F8F-9N7AGC-MFPXGJ-C0D723

My laptop battery has been acting up less than a year that I had it, around 8 months of use. And it finally decided to die on me a few weeks after my 1 year warranty was over(dying instantly when unplugged). So I didn't do anything about it til now, 1 yr 11month. I am trying to buy the battery from the HP website but I do not see it available for purchase????

I was able to find which battery I needed:

Product Number: 6MZ82UAR  or 6MZ82UA

But I do not know which one I should be getting for my laptop and where.

Additionally, I was wondering how long a primary battery's life span should generally last. Because my other HP laptop batteries have normally lasted for 2-3 years with little problems. It was always able to hold it's charge for 30-40 minutes. But this current laptop's battery completely shuts off when I unplugged the laptop, it deteriorated within a year of use. So I wanted to know if the battery was faulty, to begin with, or if this product's battery is just weak in general.
