Hi, I purchased an HP care pack two weeks ago and submitted my information for registration. I also called in for repairs a few days later and then they said they needed to register it (even though in the purchase email it says I can request repairs without registration as long as I have proof of purchase). I got an email today saying my warranty has been updated giving me start and end dates for the warranty as well as an agreement number. However, when I called in for a repair, the customer service agent said that my care pack hadn't been registered and it was still saying my warranty was expired, even when I gave her the agreement number. I tried to dispute the warranty on the hp website but my information wouldn't submit. Why is my care pack not registered even though I received an email saying it was?

I'm not sure if I am replying in the right way, I have the same issue. I purchased an extended care pack w/accidental damage and need a repair. Since this is electronic, I am not sure what the hold up on receiving the info is,  since it is all contained within the HP systems.  I tried to manually register since I have not received an email, other than my purchase order and receipt and my order status showing "delivered electronically." How do I proceed with initiating a repair? Thanks
