Understood but no longer needed. The license Key is embedded in the BIOS and also the activation servers have a record of your hardware and when you install, it just activates. Trust me I have done it dozens of times. If the laptop ever had Windows 10 installed and activated it will re-activate when you reinstall. Where are you located? We can help you find a hard drive for a favorable price and you may want to consider upgrading to a solid state drive as prices have never been lower than now. We can walk you through driver and some app reinstallation.

You cannot. If you are under warranty and send it in for hard drive replacement they will reimage the hard drive to factory original. But they do not sell pre-imaged hard drives.
We can help you to install Windows 10 onto a new clean hard drive and it is a free download and not very hard to do. The Community/Forum has helped hundreds of people to do this for themselves and save the cost of a technician's doing it which is not cheap.

You did not need to give the City but my profile shows you and I live in the same one. Do you know how to send a PM? Send me one if you wish. I am not in town right now back this weekend but I am also happy to do whatever I can to help.
