HP Recommended

Hello to everyone! 

The new laptop 3 months work the model HP Elitebook840G9 do not charging via USB - C before was working well. The charge cable is ok the phone is charging.  The laptop is shut down right now and do not restart. The indicator near usb is blinking by orange light.

Could you please give recommendatios how is possible to figure out?
