Hi, i have laptop purchased in 2016 and due to issues, motherboard replaced in 2018 during warranty period. The motherboard stopped again just after warranty expired. I have read blogs and this happened with most of envy 360 laptops, how is this even possible just after warranty expired motherboard stops working? I have called HP support and they said this laptop is end of life and can’t provide support. This is ridiculous!! How a less than normal usage $1000 laptop just Stop working and there is no support.
does it mean HP laptop are good for only for maximum 03 years?
