Product: HP ENVY x360 13.3 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 13-bf0000 (552D6AV)

I bought an HP Envy x360 13.3 inch for business use and It was always kept at the office. Suddenly, It had a hinge issue!! When I searched for this issue, I recognized that it's a common issue with HP Envy users. My laptop has no damage and not even a scratch and it's under warranty as I purchased it 8 months ago. When I contacted the seller, they replied that HP refused to repair it under warranty, and I need to pay $230!!! I am deeply dissatisfied with this situation. This is completely unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience for me. 

I had a positive experience while using the laptop. However, this problem has tarnished my perception of the HP laptops and has raised concerns about the reliability of the products and warranty system.

I hope that the HP team will take this matter seriously and work to ensure that this issue will be resolved.
