My laptop screen stopped working and it was sent in for repair under warranty over a month ago.
Each week the ticket gets updated with the same message: repair delayed due to parts shortage, but nothing changes as the weeks go buy.
I need my PC for work and I am not sure what options I have at this point to expedite the repair (or replacement) of my laptop
Has anyone run into similar issues and has any recommendations on what to do to get HP's attention?
