Remove the battery.
Once that is done, press the power button and hold it for fifteen seconds or longer.
That will be a hard reset.
If you remove the battery and connect the power adapter, does it still blink?
Usually a constantly blinking power\charge led means there is a battery problem.
Try powering it on with just the power adapter connected and the battery removed.
If it works, that means that the battery has failed and needs to be replaced.
