Hi, my current laptop motherboard is equipped with a core i3 5157u, there is a version of my motherboard available with a core i7 6500u, I’m currently based in Europe and the new board is coming from the US, is there anything to worry about with power? (example: US is 120v vs Europe 230v)

No. For voltage, it will be automatically converted to DC from charger and internal converter.
