Product: HP spectr e360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Hello everybody (sorry for my english),
I can't use the integrated webcam, it says that: "the stop device is on". I can not see the webcam on the device manager with windows 10. Maybe it's my antivirus McAffee? I've try to re-install the driver but it didn't work anyway.
Can somebody help me?
Thanks

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if your notebook has a camera off key.
On my Envy x360 there is a camera off switch immediately to the right of the F12 key.
It has an icon of a camera with a diagonal line across it.
