Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

we have HP Pavilion X360 laptop now a days battery goes faulty so i purchased same part no Battery and installed, but its getting Non- Hp battery detection and laptop goes shutdown every 4 hours, and we are tried uninstall battery software and plug out battery and reinstall but again the same.
