Product: HP Thunderbolt Dock 230W G2 w/ Combo Cable
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I hope this is the right board.

My HP Zbook 15 G5 uses an (I think) HP Thunderbolt Dock 230W G2 w/ Combo Cable (P/N L25667-002). It shows up on HP Support Assistant as HP ZBook 150W Thunderbolt 3 Dock (P/N P5Q58AT)

It's been working for quite some time (though we did have to remove the thunderbolt software) but I just want to "keep things clean." So, I'd like to correct the device product number

I don't see how to correct the device. I thought about removing the wrong one and trying to add the right one. Haven't yet.
