Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I noticed that my HPx360 was not turning on nor charging, and a weird smell like burned plastic came off it. I opened it and noticed the paper with "replace with HP spare" with a burned whole on it. I lifted it and sure enough the capacitor looks burned. The laptop is out of warranty as I purchased it back in 2015 but this is a serious issue that needs to be fixed by HP. I'm lucky there was no big fire.
