Hello!

 

I just bought my Laptop, Pavilion Gaming 15 CX055TX last month (August 31, 2018) and I continually get a message from the Intel Rapid Storage Software, every time I boot up, about my hard drive of being risked with SMART EVENT Error.

 

I then decided to test my hard drive with HP PC Hardwarde Diagnostic Test  both short Drive Self-Test and Long Drive-Test.

 

Both showed failure with error IDs below:

 

Short-Drive Test Failure ID: PSPRBG-970982-XD7W3G-619P13

Long-Drive Test Failure ID: PSPRBG-970982-XD7W3G-619P13

 

What should I do? Is my laptop doing ok? Or what? I need help.

Please contact HP in your country and ask them to replace HDD (under warranty) on your computer.
