I think I have SATA interface 1TB Hard drive which I want to replace it  with 1TB SSD drive. I don't know which one is compatible.  I looked WD BLUE SSD & WD RED SSD. I also looked up other brands too but confused.  Can any one help me please.

Here is the upgrade Manual:

Manual

See p. 11 for hard drive removal instructions. The issue you will face is that the hard drive is desktop sized: 3.5 inches wide. An SSD is laptop sized; 2.5 inches wide. So you have to get a 2.5 to 3.5 adapter. However, the same data and power cables will work with the SSD. Any 2.5 inch SATA SSD will work fine. WD Blue is fine.
