Product: HP Beats Special Edition
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a HP Beats Laptop and it is in need of repair. The Hard Drive smart check failed and I received a Failure ID: 6U5XMR 8649Q7 MFPWLK 60FP03, How do I proceed to get it fixed. I am in Afghanistan and will need to mail it to a service center if that is needed. I just need to know how to proceed and contact information... HP Support just takes me in circles...

Unfortunately I am out and about.

Memory tells me that the UK office handles assorted overseas areas and I will try and pin that down.
