Did you press F2 for diagnostics? The bios contains test for the hard drive, but if you get to that screen you show, more than likely you have a failed hard drive, but run diagnostics to be sure.

If your hard drive indeed failed, you'll have to get another one, or go with an SSD which will speed up loading times significantly. Post back with specific questions you may have and we'll answer them.
