Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my pavillion had a 301 error message I did the diagnostic of the hard drive and got a failure id 0G8421-9J79JK-0G8421-61B603

My product id is gdhsjhe7wue83

Hi,

The failure code indicates the hard drive failing the full test and needing to be replaced. You should backup all your important data if you can still boot into OS.

Can you provide the exact model or product number of the notebook for further help. Here is how to find it:
