You apparently think that I work for HP. I do not I am a fellow end user so all I can do is give advice. HP Warranty issues have to be handled through HP warranty channels so if you want help from me you have to stop trying to give me orders since I cannot carry them out, anyway.

I apologize if my word meant something else to you, i was requesting you. sorry i didn't know that you are also an end user. Actually this notebook is quite expensive and only few months left for warranty, so if i could able to replace the hard drive before it fails it would have been better. Anyway thanks for assisting and replying to my messages. I really appreciate it.
