The pc keeps failing and I no longer have access to anything because it no longer works, I tried everything I could and it has only worsen, please help me fix this I don't want to loose all my files and progress

@dragoon867 Welcome to HP Community!

 

I understand that the Hard drive primary HDD bay failure.

 

Please perform the hard drive test and check.

 

1) Shutdown the computer.  

2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.  

3) Press F2 once.  

4) Go to Component test.  

5) From the list, run the Hard Drive (extensive) test.

I understand your concerns.

 

According to the failure code the issue with the hard drive. The part has to be replaced.

 

In that case, I would suggets you conatct our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

 

 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

 

2)Select the product type.

 

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

 

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

 

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
