I want to upgrade my Omen by HP 17-cb0002ca laptop ssd. - I suspect that this is a Canadian serial number
This is the current hd information of the ssd.
KBG30ZMV128G KIOXIA [Hard drive] (128.03 GB
Spoke with HP support and they cannot give me a brand name but was advised that it needs to be:
NVMe drive m.2 2280
Form factor/ size - 2280
Just some additional information:
The laptop only have one ssd slot. I cannot upload an image of the current hd but it has 2 gaps on the end that's inserted to the ssd slot
Can anyone please recommend a reliable ssd that will work?

Does not matter. The M.2 slot accomodates either one slot or two slot SSDs. Most NVME are one slot and most SATA are two, but that is not 100%. Technical term is "M" or "B + M" keyed.
