Pavilion 15-cb059nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have a HP Pavilion Power 15-cb059nr laptop and it came with a 1 TB 7200 hard drive and was wondering if there is a way to upgrade the hard drive to a solid state drive.

amazon.com...I use an old credit card or other laminated card.

This is a useful kit for $8...the blue things are spudgers aka nonmarking tools. You can even use a guitar pick:

Yes you can upgrade the existing hard drive to a 2.5 inch SATA SSD or add in an M.2 disk and keep the existing hard drive.

Spelled out here in this post. Your model uses the same Manual:

Hello,

I was able to remove the back cover on my HP Pavilion laptop and also remove the original harddrive and replaced it with a SSD.  I also used an old credit card and it came off easy.

Thanks again for your help on this.
