This means your hard drive has failed and will need to be replaced. If you are still under warranty contact HP support service. If not you will need to replace it with a new drive and reinstall windows 10.
You can create a bootable pendrive for Windows 10 from Microsoft by downloading the media creation tool and running on a different computer.
You need to install the same edition so that it will be automatically activated once windows is installed.
