Hey!

It appears that I have a hardware malfunction in my laptop.

I bought my laptop from the US almost a month ago. Thankfully, there is HP Support in my country (Jordan).

My warranty is still active, Should I expect the HP Support in my country to replace my laptop? Or only fix the issue?

Thank you,

Majed

I suggest that you read the warranty paperwork that was delivered with your notebook.

If your notebook has a global warranty, you may be able to have it serviced in a country other than which you purchased it.

I have asked an HP Moderator to help or advise you as appropriate in your case.

Hey @Erico Thank you for your reply. I have contacted the HP service provider in my country and they have confirmed that my warranty is active in my country too. My question is whether to expect them to replace my laptop due to a hardware malfunction, or just fix the issue? I appreciate your help
