HP Chromebook x360 14 inch 14c-cc0000 (27A38AV)
Chrome OS

There is a plastic fastener that secured the screen to the backing and it broke once.  It is a common enough problem that when I tried to have it fixed locally I was only told that the part was nearly impossible to find due to this aforementioned reason.  Once the problem was fully described previously, the Chromebook was sent in, fixed, and returned.  The same exact problem is happening again with the broken fastener and this computer can't be used.
