HP USB-C Dock G5

Hello Community,

I have noticed a problem that occurs when using the HP USB-C Dock G5 with the HP ProBook 450 G9 and Yealink or Plantronics headsets.

While one of the headsets is connected to the docking station, the connected monitor goes black when answering a call via the headset. The problem does not occur if the headset is connected directly to the notebook. The problem does not occur when using a different docking station (I tried a Lenovo Dock).

I have already tried another HP USB-C Dock G5, updated the firmware, installed the latest drivers, used another HP ProBook 450 G9, but all to no avail.

Maybe someone has the same problems and can help me.
HP support is not helpful in this case.

That is most likely to be an issue with the "Yealink or Plantronics headsets"
