Hello function for facial recognition fails. The camera is working properly but an error message indicates that the computer cannot turn on the camera. Under devices I did notice that the Infrared does not exist. I believe the infrared or IR work in conjunction with the IR for facial recognition in order for "Hello" to function properly. Another issue I have is with the "TouchPad". When I restart the computer the very first step I must do is to access the Device Setting for the touchpad and disable the tapping function even though it is not checked. If I do not do this step the computer defaults to "tapping" and it is annoying to forget and any touch on the pad will result in unwanted results.
